Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years setting new goals. At the end 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the contest. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
